Deadlines

For our project I was responsible for communicating and making arrangements for the golf course, the banquet room and the silent auction items.

-Reserve golf course tee times for event: February 1st

-Begin communicating with businesses about donating auction items: February 7th

-Reserve ballroom for lunch and silent auction following tournament: March 1st

-Plan and decide on the menu for luncheon: March 30th

-Continue gathering auction items and solidify details for tournament: April 1st

-Submit numbers of those attending to the ballroom for an accurate food count: April 20th

-Pick up several auction items: April 28th

-Help Sarah with last minute preparations and tournament details: April 29th

-Run a successful and fun event!: April 30th
